A unique crisp dry white wine with complexity and character. made from 100% Chardonnay. Notes of apple and tropical fruits with butter and vanilla on the finish, balanced by relatively high acidity.
The wine is gently pressed and undergoes slow cool fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation, then has six months in two-year-old French oak.
This is a wine to pair with food, particularly seafood such as turbot, scallops, devilled crab or lobster (hence the lobster on the label), Excellent with rich sauces and as a compliment to fine cooking.
