We have just released this much anticipated vintage of our 100% Pinot Noir red wine from the wonderful hot summer of 2018.
A light Burgundy style with notes of black cherry, leather and exotic spices. Aged for 6 months in French and American Oak. It is drinking well now, but it will develop further with age.
Pairs well with lamb, beef, wild mushrooms, baked cheese and savoury pastry dishes.
