We currently have a range of Simmental beef joints and cuts available from the cellar door. Whether you plan to feast and entertain a crowd or indulge in steak night for two, our selection of fillet, rump, sirloin, rib and mince has you covered.
All our beef comes from our family-run farm, where we keep the calves suckling for nine months and rear them through to beef at 24-30 months. The meat is hung for a minimum of 28 days, resulting in deep red, marbled succulent cuts, rich in flavour and texture - you can taste the English countryside.
Pricing: Mince is per 500g, all other prices are per kilo.
