WINES

Our wines are made from grapes grown and picked by hand on the estate, in our own winery.

We do not use animal products to filter or fine, so our wines are vegetarian and vegan friendly. 

DELIVERY

We are still operating, albeit with a reduced staff. Please allow a little time for delivery, up to 5 days. 

Any selection of single bottles can be purchased but, please note, purchases under £100 are subject to a £9 packaging and delivery charge. Delivery to a single mainland UK address is free of charge for all orders of £100 or more. Reasonable delivery instructions can be added to your order during checkout.

GIFT MESSAGING

A personal gift message can be included with your online order - simply add it during checkout.

Our orders include a delivery slip listing the items that have been purchased, but this does not include prices.

EVENTS

We ask for plenty of notice if you are unable to attend a tour or event - ideally at least 48 hours so we can offer your place to others who may have been waitlisted. 

If an event is not going ahead due to weather conditions, we will contact you. We carry on with our tours even if it's a bit soggy, unless it really is lashing down with rain.

We may offer you the chance to rebook instead of a refund if the booking has not been cancelled, moved or rescheduled by us. If you are issued with a refund it will be by the same method that payment was made.

We aim to be as flexible and reasonable as possible in these uncertain times. Please bear in mind that any booking is dependent on the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions. We follow the latest guidance on social distancing and acting responsibly.
