Nutty Blush Pinot Noir 2018

A fabulous Classic Method vintage sparkling rosé wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. From the wonderful hot Summer of 2018, this is a complex dry wine with balanced fruit, fine mousse and a delicious biscuity finish. A sensational limited edition, perfect for a very special celebration, it has the wonderful blush colour that the French describe as 'oeil de perdrix' - pink as a partridge eye!

Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with oysters, smoked salmon, quail eggs and canapés.
