Art in the Vines
Bridget or Oliver Gladwin’s wonderful, bold paintings are featured on all our wine bottle labels. Visitors to Nutbourne will spot art in the wine lodge and winery buildings. Our restaurants are also decorated with the family’s art - even our pricelists and publicity material are all illustrated by a member of the family. Not many vineyards have triptych paintings of the chalk Sussex cliffs at Seven Sisters hanging in their Barrel Room, above a gyro-palette of “riddling” sparkling wine!
Pallant Gallery Partners in Art Community Programme
Bridget is a volunteer partner with the Pallant Gallery in Chichester, She hosts art days in the vines and fundraising runs through the vines and local woodland. Partners in Art workshops provide opportunities for artists to explore their interests and experience art as a creative therapy.
