AVAILABLE FROM OUR CELLAR DOOR
Alongside managing our vineyard and winery, Gregory Gladwin is a farmer, specialising in free-range traditional breeds. His wife Lani Gladwin runs a polytunnel at Nutbourne to grow produce for the cellar door and events. Our beef is from Simmental cattle crossed with Sussex and Angus bulls - the cows live in the vineyard over Winter and on the local Brooks in Summer.
Our cuts and joints of meat are presented frozen, after being hung, fully butchered, labelled and vacuum sealed. All our farm produce is available to purchase and collect from the vineyard cellar door, or local delivery can be arranged on request.
